Plumarius – Athenaeum

Meaning “embroidery” in Latin, and also the name of several plant species, Plumarius depicts a mid-scale leaf pattern formed from delicately detailed, twinkling stitches. Metallic leaves shimmer against a chalky matte background, and the soft neutral palette exudes refined luxury, complementing both traditional and contemporary spaces. Plumaris is part of our Athenaeum Collection – Defined as a meeting place for scholars and creatives, Athenaeum pays homage to those historic places of learning and celebrates the exchange of ideas and the pursuit of knowledge. This heritage-inspired collection, enhanced by elegant mylar accents and refined textures celebrates decadence and the natural world, with a contemporary twist. This collection features our new digital white print capabilities, which allow the mylar to be blocked out in areas of the design, creating subtle yet striking metallic highlights.
